I attended the Tucson School of Horseshoeing in November and December of 2014 and had the experience of a lifetime. The skills, knowledge and experiences I obtained are irreplaceable. Mr. Goode truly is a master at his craft and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to learn from him every day. I actually looked forward to going to class each day. There were more horses than we could handle for every student and we found ourselves under them each day learning hands on and not just sitting in a classroom. Big or small, we worked on them all. Everything from ponies to drafts. After attending the school I can say that I was more than prepared to go out and start my new career as a farrier with the knowledge and confidence to get the job done. Mr. Goode makes learning fun and I wouldn’t trade my time spent at his school for anything. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to become a farrier or even to just learn enough to take care of your own horses’ feet to give the school a call. You won’t regret it.
